This policy explains how ChronoSeek handles information connected to accounts, API usage, search history, billing, credits, and newsletter subscription flows.

When you use Continue with Google, ChronoSeek accesses only the Google user data needed for authentication: your Google account email address, basic profile information, and Google account identifier.
ChronoSeek does not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, YouTube account data, or other Google product content.
ChronoSeek does not access, collect, or process sensitive Google API scopes for the website sign-in flow.
ChronoSeek uses Google user data only to create or sign in to your ChronoSeek account, verify account identity, display your account profile, protect authenticated sessions, and connect account-level features such as credits, API keys, search history, and newsletter preferences to the correct user.
ChronoSeek does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, resale, model training, or unrelated analytics.
ChronoSeek does not sell Google user data.
ChronoSeek may store your Google account email address, basic profile details, and Google account identifier as part of your ChronoSeek account record for as long as your account remains active or as needed for security, auditability, and legal compliance.
ChronoSeek may share limited Google user data with infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, security, and observability providers only as needed to operate and protect the service.
ChronoSeek does not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial purposes.
We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication status, and profile details when you create or manage a ChronoSeek account.
If you choose to continue with Google, ChronoSeek may receive your Google account email address, basic profile information, and Google account identifier for account creation, sign-in, profile display, and account security.
We store product usage data, including API key metadata, credit balances, credit ledger events, top-up records, newsletter preferences, search request metadata, submitted video URLs, prompts, request status, timestamps, and returned result windows.
For payments, card and crypto checkout flows may be processed by third-party payment providers. ChronoSeek stores payment references, status, amount, method, and settlement metadata, but does not store full card numbers.
We use information to operate the ChronoSeek website, authenticate users, process API requests, debit or credit account balances, provide search history, send requested newsletter updates, detect abuse, and improve reliability.
Google user data is used only to authenticate the user, create or access the corresponding ChronoSeek account, display account identity, and protect authenticated product surfaces.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Operational logs may be used to debug latency, timeout, billing, authentication, and subnet integration issues.
ChronoSeek is designed to search publicly accessible video sources. Do not submit private, confidential, or restricted video URLs unless you have the right to process that content through ChronoSeek.
Submitted URLs, prompts, and result metadata may be retained as part of request history, usage accounting, auditability, and service quality monitoring.
We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, database, payment, email, security, and observability providers as needed to run the service.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect ChronoSeek, users, and the public.
ChronoSeek uses cookies or similar storage to keep users signed in, protect authenticated routes, and support normal website functionality.
You can clear cookies through your browser, but doing so may sign you out or interrupt active account flows.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes, improve security, and comply with legal obligations.
